WHY ATTEND THE GCM?
We would like to invite you to the 2025 General Council Meeting in Bangui this year. Here are some highlights of the upcoming meeting as you prepare to register and encourage others to do the same:
A. strengthen the Fellowship amongst the African Baptist Family
B. To adopt the New AABF Constitution.
C. To fulfill the Great Commission beyond our Jerusalem.
D. Opportunity to connect and take advantage of the various AABF Ministry Opportunities.
E. To explore the beauty of CAR.

• The leaders of the AABF Member Bodies.
• The newly recommended General Council Members from the AABF Member Bodies.
• Serving AABF Officers at both the auxiliary and sub-regional levels.
• AABF Affinity Community Members.
• AABF present and prospective partners.
• Attendees of past AABF continental gatherings.
• Pastors, Theologians, Missionaries, Ministry leaders, Baptist Ambassadors, etc.

Registration Opens on 1st March, 2025 and Closes on 30th September, 2025
Registration without accommodation and Breakfast:$325
Accommodation at FATEB (modeste with Fan no AC) including Breakfast : $240
Other hotel accommodation are available, for $150 per person per day and $80 per person in two shared room.

Location of the Conference: Faculté de Théologie Evangélique de Bangui, Central African Republic
ACCOMMODATION RATE
Those who wish to stay at the FATEB Hostel during the conference may proceed to make payment directly to the AABF account.
The total cost is $240 USD for the entire duration of the conference (22nd Night to 26th Night – 5 nights), with breakfast included.
Please note that only 17 rooms are available, and reservations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
