AFFINITY COMMUNITY is a network of Baptist believers under the All Africa Baptist Fellowship (AABF) and non-Baptist believers who take keen interest in the Ministry and seek to have direct engagement with the continental office, get firsthand information, be Ambassadors of AABF, directly serve when called upon, and actively participate in the various ministry areas. This is open to Churches, individuals, organizations, etc.

Need for the Affinity Community

1. Mission Advancement: Christians were first connected through the salvation that comes from the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ at Calvary.
The Lord gave a commandment to go and make disciples of the whole world; this requires our collective and urgent obedience. Africa has great landmass of unreached people and places making it indispensable to respond. The urgency of the Great Commission requires that we bond effectively, give generously and prayerfully go where he sends us.

2. Effective Networking: After over 42 years of existence, we realized wide margin of distance between the office and the Baptist people that we serve. This is therefore an opportunity to close the gap between the AABF and her community, serve together side-by-side, and ultimately build a more knitted continental Baptist Community.

3. Raise Funds for Global Mission: We are about 22 million Baptized members across Africa, meaning as a community, if we give generously according to our individual capacity, we can raise local funds to send missionaries to the largely unreached people across Africa and beyond.

3. Continental Ambassador: As a member of the Affinity Community, you have the authority to represent the All Africa Baptist Fellowship as a local church, individual, and organization in your community and beyond. You are empowered to be the Ambassador of the Fellowship, spreading its message and mission to those around you.
