...uniting African Baptist to fulfill the Great Commission

YMY MISSION

Africa is a continent with diverse cultures, languages, and traditions, making it an ideal place for evangelism and humanitarian work. The need for missionaries in Africa is paramount due to the prevalence of poverty, forces of darkness, diseases, slavery, heresies, etc

The unreached people are everywhere on the continent of Africa and it is time for the African Missionaries financed by the African peoples to be released.

The All Africa Baptist Fellowship (AABF) with 85 Member Bodies mostly established by Missionaries from the western world is now combining as one community to send Missionaries to the four walls of Africa through her Mission department, Africa Baptist Mission Board (ABMB).

After turning around for more than 40 years, Africa through the AABF has now become a sending continent and the first step to that is the Youth Mission Year (YMY). Eight young missionaries were divinely selected from 191 that applied while 9 are on the waiting list. The goal now is to Join Hands and send these eight young and fully trained Missionaries to the unreached places In Africa.

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE?

  • 191 Applied to be Missionaries
  • 9 on the waiting list to be trained
  • 8 trained commissioned and ready to go (1st Cohort)
  • It is time for them to go and serve on the mission fields in Gambia, Ghana, Namibia and Tanzania

The missionaries rely on generous gifts from people like you.
When you give, missionaries can go, sharing the gospel through tangible acts of service and love with people who otherwise don’t have access to it.
